Objective:

To find an image (e.g., cartoon, drawing, photo, poster) that engages/compels you because of:  

 

 

General:

 Search tips: 

Use both primarysearch terms (e.g., obama, unemployment, health care costs, gas crisis) and secondary search terms (e.g., editorial, cartoon, statistics, chart, ad)

Type in your search terms or browse by time period, people, places, events, sports, and culture.

Database Image Search:

Search tips: 

From the EBSCOhost search screen, move your mouse over More from the blue bar near the top of the screen.  When the More menu drops down, click on Images

From the Images search screen, you can Limit your results to Image Type (e.g., black & white photo, color photo, graph, map, chart, diagram, illustration)

Use only primary search terms (e.g., obama, unemployment, health care costs, gas crisis)
