Finding Online Articles:
Comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 5,500 full-text periodicals, including more than 4,600 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 9,500 journals and a total of more than 10,000 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content going back as far as 1887, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format. Searchable cited references are provided for nearly 1,000 journals (EBSCOhost)

Search Tips:
Use the asterisk (*) as the truncation symbol to pick up all forms of a root word (e.g., teen* will find teen, teens, teenage, teenager, teenagers)
Exclude book reviews by selecting NOT from the boolean operator drop down menu.
Checkmark the Full Text box under the Limit your results section to limit your results to full text articles.

Offers full text news articles from U.S. and world newspapers. To search for local articles in the Richmond Times-Dispatch:
In the Free Text search box, enter the term hunger.
Limit by date,
Select Source: Richmond Times-Dispatch by clicking on: +Source, then typing in Richmond Times Dispatch in the search box. Next, click on the purple arrow. Then select the second entry in the Source Results.
Click on Search.
